Why the rule changes with the hour
Thirty-four seats and two rushes a day. Between 11:30 and 14:30, and again from 17:30, a table with a laptop on it is a table nobody can eat at. Outside those hours the wifi is free, the plugs are along the banquette, and nobody will hurry you.
