Northline Learning Studio teaches language, communication, maths and digital-work programs at 18 Linden Passage, 400127 Valmera. Questions about this policy go to hello@northline.example.
What we receive
When you send an enquiry or ask for a consultation we receive your name, your email address and what you write. We use it to answer you and, if you ask, to arrange a consultation. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
Registration and payment
Registration, payment and course platforms are run by the services linked from each program page. They receive what you enter there under their own privacy terms, which they show you before you submit anything.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted twelve months after our last reply. Invoices and the records we must keep for accounting are held for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If you leave a comment, WordPress can remember your name and email in a cookie for a year when you ask it to. Your light or dark display choice is kept in your own browser.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to your national data protection authority.
